This velvet gown has a belt like under-bust and waistline cartridge pleating as well as a gathered neckline and drawstring center back almost "sack back" style. The back has a train that is slip stitched on. The sleeves are gathered along the front seam line on either side and also piped. The hem is folded and slip stitched up.
